
Went to Astoria park this morning and did a 10min WOD, which consisted of a 1-mile run and then with the remaining time do as many double-unders as possible.

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. Also had to do 15 Birthday Burpees of one of our members (he is older but for the sake of the 6am crew we only did 15)

South Central Region - 1st place women - Azadeh Boroumand
On the women’s side, Boroumand was the standard bearer over the weekend and became a record holder after Event 6. She was just one muscle-up shy of finishing the entire workout. If any of the region’s athletes deserved the title of superhero, it was Boroumand, as she was untouchable in this competition.

Yea. Nasty. The original WOD was 150 for time with 100m run every time you have to stop/rest but that was changed on the fly due to time constraints...
I never liked spinach until I made an adventurous decision to buy some at the grocery store anyways…...
