Warmup - 2rds of:
- 200m Row
- 30 sec Plank
- 10 Rings Rows
- 10 OHS with the PVC bar
- 10 Scorpion Kicks
- 10 PVC Pipe Shoulder Dislocates
- 10 KB Swings 35#
WOD - 10min AMRAP
- 3 Wall Climbs: pushup position to handstand position
- 5 Grasshoppers/each leg: similar to mt.climbers or like semi-break dancing moves
- 7 Pass Thru on parallel bars: pushups-to-pass thru-to-dip-to-pass thru =1
- 3 Full Rounds
