Me working the lunges with the sandbag
Warmup:
- 750m Row
- 2 min Double Under
Warmup part 2 - 3rds of:
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Air Squats
WOD: 21-15-9 using a 50# Sandbag of:
- Ground to Shoulder
- Lunges
- Should to Shoulder (up and over your head)
