Warmup 3rds of:
- 15 air squats
- 1 min plank
- 10 jumping squats
- 10 wall toe taps (jump up against the wall and touch the wall with toes)
- 1 sampson stretch
WOD 5rds of:
- 25 Calorie Row
- 25 Situps
- Time - 13:24
Post WOD Weight Pullups 10x1:
- Can’t do weighted pullups, so practice strict pullups
