CrossFit WOD: 15min AMRAP Deadlifts/hand release pushups/Jump over bars
Warmup:
- 400m Run (in 24degree weather) THANKS COACH MIKEY!!!!!! lol
- KB Swing Practice - Snatches, Pushup Press, 1 Arm Swings, Deadlifts
WOD - 15min AMRAP:
- 9 Dead Lifts 125#
- 12 Hand Release Pushups
- 15 Jump Over Deadlifts Bar (side to side)
- 6 Rds + 5 Dead Lifts
1st WOD in 2012 and I def didn’t achieve the number of rounds I wanted #gottaputinthework
