CrossFit WOD: 3rds of 800m Run & Deadlifts
Warmup:
3rds of each of the following thru the Agility Ladder:
Side to Side
High Knees
In-n-Outs
In-n-Outs Backwards
Sideways walk in pushup position X1
Sideways Burpee thru ladder X1
3x12 Strict Pullups
I WAS SO WINDED after the agility runs. My Coach actually came up to me and asked, “are you alright?” I missed the last 2 weeks and wow did i feel it.

After yesterday’s disaster day at CFQ. I wanted to get back into it today was Power Cleans. I like this movement, I think I did fairly well and was pleased with my results. Thinking my 1rep max is somewhere near 175-180#
