Walked 2 stairs at a time up/down my apt building.
8 times up, 7 story building. Which is the same as climbing a 56 story building.
Came back and did a set on the bench press with some 40# dumbbells.
10 reps at 49#/arm
9 reps at 49#/arm
And so on all the way to 1 rep.
